REFUND POLICY

Please choose carefully before submitting your order, as we do not offer any exchange due to 'change of mind'. 

 

If the product you have received is different to that you have purchased, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order (within 3 days) and we can work together to find a resolution.

If your product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item.
If it appears the damage has not been caused by courier/postal service, then you will not be eligible for a refund. If damage does appear to have occurred due to courier/postal service, the item must be returned for inspection.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the product, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. You will receive an email notification of the status of your refund, once finalised.
 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 

 

We do not accept exchanges due to 'change of mind'.

Certain types of products cannot be returned, like custom orders (such as commissions or personalised items), and personal goods (such as earrings, due to hygiene reasons).  
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.  Should there be an issue with your order though, please contact us.
